Upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 still for free (2022)

1) Get the M$ tool from Microsoft or my backup MediaCreationTool21H2.exe 

2) Run MediaCreationTool21H2.exe 2.1 Error: error code 0X80072F8F - 0X20000 

Solution: Download and run EasyFix from Microsoft or my backup MicrosoftEasyFix51044.msi 

Edit with regedit.exe and add For TLS 1.1 Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.1\Client 

DWORD name: DisabledByDefault 

DWORD value: 0 

 For TLS 1.2 Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client 

DWORD name: DisabledByDefault 

DWORD value: 0 

3) Choose direct installation or burn to usb/iso 

4) boot windows 7 , run Setup.exe for windows 10 

3.1 Error: Windows 10 setup has failed to validate the product key 

Solution: Go into "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download" and delete everything in that folder. 

Run the command prompt as an administrator. Type in "wuauclt.exe /updatenow". 

(also) can't delete all files from Download directory? 

-- Run the command prompt as an administrator. Type in "net stop wuauserv". You should see a message indicating that the Windows Update service has been stopped. 

-- Now, go back to the folder and now you should be able to delete all its contents. 

---Go back to the command prompt and this time, type in "net start wuauserv". 

This time, the message will tell you the Windows Update service has been started. 

 Run again Setup.exe from burned iso or usb
